The use and working principle of PUR hot melt glue machine
PUR hot melt glue injection machines are now widely used in packaging, wood processing, automobiles, textiles, electromechanical, aerospace and other national economic fields. PUR adhesive contains polar and chemically active urethane group (-NHCOO-) or isocyanate group (-NCO) in its molecular structure. It has excellent adhesion with materials containing active hydrogen, such as wood, leather, fabric, paper, ceramics and other porous materials, and plastics, metals, glass, rubber and other smooth surface materials.
Features and working principles:
Due to the unique characteristics of the PUR hot melt glue machine, we often refer to it as moisture-curing reactive polyurethane hot melt glue, or simply PUR hot melt glue. When using hot melt glue, it reacts and solidifies upon exposure to water vapor in the air. As a result, it must remain entirely isolated from the air during the melting and application process. We have designed the machine specifically for applying polyurethane hot melt glue. The primary distinction between polyurethane hot melt glue machines and regular hot melt glue machines is that the hot melt glue coating process is isolated from the air. Regular hot melt glue machines melt the hot melt glue from the bottom up, while the PUR hot melt glue machine melts the hot melt glue from the top down, with the heating element for the hot melt glue plate as one of its core components.
