PUR glue machines are divided into Single-color PUR glue machines and Double-color PUR glue machines. Single-color glue machines can only use one color of PUR glue, while double-color glue machines can use two colors: 1 white and 1 natural color.

How to use PUR hot melt adhesive:
1. Storage conditions:
PUR hot melt adhesive storage temperature is 8~22℃, stored in a dark and dry place to avoid excessive air humidity. Do not use products with damaged packaging.
2.Before using PUR hot melt adhesive, please note:
1) Check whether the packaging is intact. Do not use if there is any leakage.
2) Wait until the glue returns to room temperature before use.
3) There is no need to remove the aluminum foil when preheating the glue (usually 5 to 15 minutes). You can also put the packaged glue into the oven for preheating. It is recommended to control the temperature to 130℃ (select according to the regional climate temperature difference).
4) Remove oil, dust, paint, oxide layer and other substances that affect bonding on the surface of the adhered workpiece, and ensure that the surface of the adhered workpiece is dry.
3.Shutdown process:
1) Short-term shutdown: Set the glue injection machine to the insulation mode for easy use next time.
2) Off-duty shutdown: Turn off the glue injection machine 15 minutes in advance, use up the glue on the surface of the glue shaft to prevent excess glue from overflowing.
3) If the machine is not turned on for more than 24 hours, wait for the temperature of the glue pot and the glue shaft to drop to about 60℃, and use an air gun to blow off the excess glue on the glue pot and the glue shaft.
