Wood Planers and moulders are important tools in woodworking, used to shape and finish wood surfaces. They can be used separately manually or combined into a single automatic machine such as four side planer for efficiency and versatility.

  • Double side planer: It is designed to plane both sides of a workpiece simultaneously. It typically has two sets of cutting blades, one on each side of the machine.
  • Four side planer: It can shape all four sides of a workpiece in a single pass. It has four or more sets of cutting blades, not only plain smooth for four sides of the workpiece, it can also creat profiles and shapes on it with extra set blades.

Moulder Types

  • Shaper: Used to create various profiles and shapes in wood, such as edges, mouldings, and decorative elements.
  • Router: A smaller, more portable version of a shaper, often used for smaller-scale woodworking projects.
